The reality however dawned on my first day I was dispatched to China to study a new line that was being procured by the Goa plant. Two months in the organization and I am the Startup Leader for that very line which could very well be a turning point for the site's future. The most exciting part is that it allows me to work with people from diverse geographies across India, as in my role, iam responsible for ensuring that HR policies and processes in 15 Sales Distributor organizations are designed in a manner to deliver business results. I realised how true this was when I joined India MDO Marketing . The amount of trust and belief that the P&G puts in its employees is proven by the kind of early responsibilities they are given. I was given an opportunity to lead the biggest brand restage initiative on Pantene for that fiscal year within 2 months of joining.
