P&G Internship is an integral part of our business. It provides students with an opportunity to experience what careers are like at P&G before joining us as a Full-Time Employee. We believe this is the best way to give students an understanding of the kind of work we have to offer and also allows us, as an employer, to evaluate students as a prospective employee. As P&G Interns, you will get first-hand experience with our work, our people, our values, and culture. You will be given real responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities to work with senior management and colleagues from all over the AAI Countries. In return, you will be given individual coaching and the opportunity to show results.

An internship within P&G is a comprehensive learning journey, a preview to the student’s future career at P&G and a gateway to a career in the corporate world.

Typically, we run our internship program during the summer vacation for about 8 weeks. You will be doing your internship either in your home country or in our AAI headquarters based in Singapore. As part of the internship program, you will be given real-life projects. Throughout the program, you will get individual coaching by your project coach. In addition, there will be two rounds of systematic performance feedback sessions to help you succeed in your project.
