"I have never expected that the working life could be challenging but also fun at the same time."

I just graduated from UC Berkeley in May 2005. Before I joined the Company, I knew that P&G is a global company which means it has capability to provide endless opportunities for its employees, shareholders, and everyone involved in the company. I have heard many good stories about it .One of the things is the fact that it has strong financial position and the capability to grow to go wherever it wants to in the future.

During the selection process, I had felt that the company is very professional. It is one of the companies that has very strict policy about the selection process and very careful in selecting candidates in terms of number of interviews, number of application form, and the analytical test that needs to be gone through before hand.

During the interviews, everyone was very professional in terms of appearance and conducting the interview. It was very easy to communicate with them and to ask questions since everyone seems to know really well about the company, the job in general, and what kind of people they are looking.

It is clear from my earlier explanation why I decided to take the offer. First, the status of P&G as a global company and the position being offered were really appealing to me. The fact that it is a global company makes P&G to have endless career opportunities that enable me to go wherever I want in life. Second, the people that I met during the interviews were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I felt that the working environment was very warm.

In the early days, I felt that everyone was very welcoming. On the first day that I met the F&A team, I felt that I had clicked with them right away. It was so easy to communicate with them and to ask questions when in doubt. They were also very caring to one another. I was touched with their sincerity and treatment to one another. When I was introduced to the other P&G teams, I felt that everyone was very friendly also.

What I like most about P&G:

I felt that P&G has fulfilled all of my expectations in terms of giving an challenging career life, a good balance between personal and working life, and also endless opportunity for me as an employee.
