Joined P&G Malaysia in 1996. My first assignment was in Customer Business Development(CBD) department. I am currently Customer Marketing Manager. In 1995, joined P&G as summer intern in Customer Marketing Operations. I have been in the company for 9 years - the first 2 Years as Key Account Manager building P&G business with key retailers like Giant and Guardian and the last 3 years in Customer Marketing Operations with a portfolio change almost every 6 to 9 months! I work very closely with Marketing/Product Supply/Finance and other functions to develop trade related programme that will make our brands WIN in store and influence shoppers' decisions in store, at the point of purchase. I am constantly energized by the scope of responsibility & the level of autonomous decision-making, and the strong support & encouragement from my managers as we work on challenging business issues. Now, I am one of the Team Leaders in the Modern Trade, Customer Business Development. Of course it's stressful at times, but also deeply satisfying when I see the successful results of the many hours of hard work put in by me and my team members.

What I like most about P&G:
