I joined P&G in January 1997 in CBD located in Malaysia. It was a rewarding 8 years of challenging and dynamic experiences. I managed Key Accounts in the first year and went on to roll-out Category Management to retailers in the 2nd year. As part of a career expansion, I moved into Marketing as an Assistant Brand Manager for Pringles and later led the Market Operations team in both Malaysia and Singapore. Now, I am the Country Media Manager for Malaysia. 

What I like most about P&G:

One of the best things about P&G is its PEOPLE and CULTURE. This is clearly the motivation that drives me to deliver to my best. The people are highly passionate about their work, talented, open to new ideas, and always ready to make a difference to the organization and business. Furthermore, the collaboration among the people not only makes working together easy but it also fosters a strong bond that holds the team together.The trust given by my managers inspires me to not look at limitations but to look at possibilities. Despite being in new in assignments, my managers have shown genuine interest to understand issues and provide guidance and motivation to move forward. I have had my share of stress and frustrations but what's more important is that you always know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. And there will be people that can help you get there!
