I joined P&G in mid-1994 as a Sales Management Trainee in S’pore. At that time, I managed the largest chain retailer in S’pore, negotiating P&G product distribution, launches, promotion plans & running activities that will build P&G product share. Currently, I’m a CBD Group Manager handling the Modern Trade retailers in Malaysia. I moved from my home country to be based in Kuala Lumpur so as to learn about the market and to be able to lead my team here effectively.
