Managing efficiency of manufacturing operations, Leading department projects of productivity improvements thru� automations, Managing people, reward, communication and decision making systems in department and also handled Techno-commercial project management.

At present he is handling an integrated portfolio of India Market Planning Manager and Customer Service/Logistics Leader for the MDO.

He has direct responsibility for Demand forecasting and supply planning, demand management and initiative planning in addition to responsibilities for SC fundamentals of Service/Cost/Quality and Cash for total supply chain for India MDO.
