When I just graduated, as a new hire in CBD, I was assigned to manage a large Distributor. I was really just wondering why this company trusted me so much. What can I do – as a newly – graduated student – for the business there??? All was so big an area with around 60 employees to work with and manage…

Then, I did my job excellently there as I had received (1)Trust: ‘The company, my manager trust that I can do, why don’t I trust myself ? There are always people there in the company, who put all of their hope and expectations on me, should I make them feel disappointed?’ That thought was always there in my mind and it did help me to overcome all difficulties…., (2) Great care: I was in this Distributor for 2 years and it was the first time I lived far away from my family after 16 years studying in Ho Chi Minh City. I managed this site alone but I was not alone there. My boss and my co-workers called me several times within a week to check if I was ok or not. I did the same for others…

The company had given me chances to go through some assignments at which I received really great Personnel Development from the company that I know for sure I would have spent Hundred Thousands of Dollars and a whole life to gain such experience and skills if I had not been here. The Distributor Team Leader role, Staff Project Manager, CBD HR, Dist Max Team Leader, HR Manager’s role, currently, gave me chances to work with all so great bosses who gave me the great coach for growth and made me who I am today.

I am also happy to work with the great co-workers who always seek for the best in all things they do and who always “do the right thing”… I saw people debating others and fighting for the right and best things... … I love each fighting movement in business and organization meetings so that we can seek for the best….

That’s why I’ve stayed with P&G Vietnam for nearly 9 years…
