I joined P&G as an intern in June 2003. My intern project was "Talent Sourcing Strategy". I worked as an intern for 6 months then I got offer from P&G to be a Distributor Capability Building Manager. I facilitated setting HR systems for P&G distributor and built capability for distributor people. After one and a half year, I was assigned to be a Training & Development Manager. Now I have been working in this new assignment for 3 months.

What I like most about P&G:

Work environment and culture. P&Gers always give and take from others. We help each other and grow together.
