It's a type of place where you make business decisions from your first day at work. On my previous assignment as an Assistant Brand Manager, I was managing a budget of six million dollars. Your are the owner of your projects and lead them from the beginning to the end. It's a great advantage that at P&G newly hired, ambitious people can get a chance to develop in real market conditions, just after graduation, when they are full of theoretical knowledge. Sometimes such a responsibility can be overwhelming but ... you are not alone. You are part of a team. With the team you can discuss ideas and challenge them openly. In P&G, the different personalities of our employees are our strength. Thanks to this diversity, many varied solutions and ideas are created. It's the kind of place where colleagues quickly become friends so it's not surprising that we spend time together not only at work.
