Starting a career in such a big company with no professional experience was a great challenge for me. But from the first day, I loved my job. I was given lots of freedom and independence to manage my first projects. I was thrown into deep waters, but it did not mean that I was left alone to swim by myself. In P&G, you are surrounded by helpful, knowledgeable and skillful people, so you can learn a lot from them. Their influence makes you aware of how to deal with issues, how to take intelligent risk and arrive at good choices.

Being the IT support for Logistics transactional systems, I am very close to technology and business at the same time. It is my job to look for possibilities of automation and simplification of business processes through the implementation of new technologies. As a leader of such projects, I learn how to cooperate with my co-workers and contractors, and how to listen to users and respond to their different needs. These responsibilities have given me a unique opportunity to develop my technical and management skills from a very early point in my career.
