No doubt P&G is just the right company for me because I love change and challenge, I enjoy opportunities that allow me to be creative and act independently. During my very first days with P&G I was flabbergasted by people’s enthusiasm, thirst for knowledge, and strong desire to improve consumer’s life in every possible aspect – and I still am. There were zillion things and projects going on and around simultaneously and you had to be apt, to quickly react to all the changes…Three years ago I started as a Budget Analyst which was a completely new area for our young organization at that moment, and I was thrilled because I was given an opportunity to act like a real owner of multi-million business from the very beginning, establishing budget tracking and control, seeking for savings opportunities. My next assignment in Brand Profitability Analysis was even more exciting. Can you imagine how it feels to determine the pricing policy for Ariel, BAM or Pampers in 6 different countries, to find the most efficient way to promote Comet, Fairy or Lenor, to quantify brilliant marketing ideas in profitability numbers? Well, now I am responsible for CBD Finance and there is nothing better than to be involved in developing business strategies, optimizing cash flow, working capital and cost structure together with the management team of our distributors. In fact, one can say I am a Finance Manager of many businesses – as many and diverse as our distributors in Central Asia. This year we will celebrate 165-th anniversary of our Company yet there is no routine, no standard solutions, innovation drives continuous progress and there are people around you to lend a helping hand wherever you need it, truly amazing people from all over the globe. And you know what? – farther fields look even greener! Only sky is the limit!
