Kamran Bloach

Kamran Bloach joined Procter & Gamble in July 2002 as Assistant Brand Manager, Personal Cleansing. Prior to joining P&G, Kamran worked for a Technology company for a few months. He also worked extensively on various consulting assignments for Fortune 500 companies throughout his business school days. His area of interest was mostly related to Venture Capital and growing Internet economy in Asian countries. Kamran has a Bachelors degree in Economics from Govt. College Lahore and an MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. “It's not how many ideas you have. It's how many you make happen. Turning innovation into business results is the challenge that we face everyday at P&G and that's what attracted me to P&G after completing my degree in MIS. Some people might think of P&G as a typical brick and mortar company and might not appreciate the decision of opting for P&G over other lucrative options in a faster growing technology sector, but I believe that P&G offers you more challenge and career growth than any other company. And this is so obvious from my current job description. Within months after leaving business school, I am directly handling projects of million of dollars. The great part of my job is that I am looking after a product which is used by millions of consumers everyday and I can influence them through my product and brand message everyday.
