Kemi Masha

My name is Kemi Masha and I am a 24-year graduate of Chemical Engineering. I am the eldest of four kids and was born and bred in the southwest of Nigeria (Lagos to be exact). I grew up with the basic belief that you must do the best to be the best, which is why I guess I like competitive activities. I have been collecting novels of all genres since I was 10 and now have an extensive library. I also enjoy meeting new people and traveling. I am the Assistant Brand Manager for Vicks in West Africa. I am currently handling Throat Drops in West Africa. This is my first real job and is proving to be quite challenging yet incredibly fulfilling. My 7 months at P&G have seen me handle a project launch, several thousand dollar budgets and checks across the country, and that is just the tip of the iceberg! Responsibility is not an honour, it is definitely a right at P&G, as it’s bestowed on you from day one. The best part of P&G for me is the people. Being surrounded by gifted and talented people who are also willing to share that talent, and who take pride in both their and your success is a wonderful thing to arrive to each working day. For me P&G is truly a second family – they make you work, but they appreciate you for it.
