Folasade Amole

My name is Folasade Amole, known as Sade to my friends & colleagues. I am from Ibadan in the western region of Nigeria (West Africa). I joined P&G in 1995 as an intern at the Ibadan Plant. Over the years my career has progressed from Intern to Laboratory Manager to Quality Assurance Manager and now to Marketing. Currently I am based at the Lagos General Office as Assistant Brand Manager for Pampers in West Africa. My Job in Brand Management involves developing business plans for the brand. My plans determine the profitability of the brand (which is a huge responsibility!!!). Excellence in execution is key to the success of my job. I also get to meet & understand my consumers across the nation on an ongoing basis, which is also key to success. Working at P&G has given me the best of both worlds; business and technical. It has also contributed tremendously to my personal development.
