Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions regarding working at P&G, via the main "Contact Us" page, or the contact information for the country in which you are most interested.
Two main reasons: 1) local legal requirements, and 2) P&G believes the probability of success for its new hires is facilitated by starting employees in the country where they know the language and culture. This is generally their “home country” and where they have long-term work authorization.
Will I receive an offer at the end of the interviews?
A:
In most cases, we do not extend offers on the same day as your visit, but you will hear back from us shortly thereafter. Then again, if you knock our socks off in the interviews, who knows how aggressive we might be in getting that offer to you?
What can you tell me about P&G as a corporate citizen?
A:
We take great pride in our values and principals, and it all begins with our corporate statement of purpose: “We will provide products of superior quality and value that improve the lives of the world’s consumers. As a result, consumers will reward us with leadership sales and profit growth, allowing our people, our shareholders, and the communities in which we live and work to prosper”.Improving the lives of the world’s consumers includes three key phases. First, it is a job that begins at home. It starts with our employees, whose interests we consider to be inseparable from those of the company. The benefits we provide are among the best in the world. We were a pioneer in establishing benefit programs that make employees true owners of the business. We continue this commitment to our people by remaining a leader in all important employee relation areas, including diversity, job creation and security, wages and benefits, a safe and healthy work environment, and the training and education necessary to develop challenging and rewarding careers. Second, it continues with the communities in which we live and work. Each year, P&G and The Procter & Gamble Fund contribute more than $50 million worldwide to improve the quality of life in our communities. We lend a hand to those in need. We pitch in when disaster strikes. We support the arts. We invest our resources and ourselves, through tens of thousands of volunteer hours in our neighborhoods and around the world.Third, it reaches into the future, through our support of quality education. Education, from pre-school to graduate school, receives priority attention from P&G. In China, we are helping build schools for children in rural areas through Project Hope. In India, we are helping young girls receive and education through CARE’s Primary Education Project. And throughout the world, we provide scholarships and other education assistance to the children of P&G employees- and to other deserving young people.
