Marketing, also commonly known as Brand Management, is one of our core functions behind the success of our business. A career in Marketing at P&G involves combining world-class marketing mastery with business leadership to create and build brands that improve consumers’ lives. You will begin your career in Marketing as an Assistant Brand Manager and from your first day on the job, you will be given immediate project responsibility. As you develop you will become the owner of your brand’s equity and responsible for maintaining and building it’s strength in consumers’ minds through advertising, media, and many other marketing vehicles. Your work will expose you to many brands and situations, as well as, great people both from within the company and from top external agencies in different markets, even regions. During your Internship, you’ll gain an excellent grounding in what we do. Marketing, also commonly known as Brand Management, is a mainspring and moving force behind our business. From your first day on the job, you will be given immediate project responsibility. It is your opportunity to be an entrepreneur and to market superior products to a local, regional or global community, using both well established and innovative techniques. Your first assignment gives you the chance to immediately contribute to the business, while developing your professional skills. You have clear project responsibilities of your own and are involved in other projects that stretch your abilities. You will work in professional and entrepreneurial cross-functional teams in one of the company’s major business categories. Your colleagues and coach provide valuable mentoring, as well as, functional and corporate trainings will be provided to accelerate your development. You will be given increased levels of responsibility based on your proven capability to produce outstanding results. You will be involved in the market plan development building on consumer and customer insights to deliver overall business objectives. As part of a multifunctional team, you will develop a promotion plan, work with retail customers, re-launch an existing brand or introduce a new product. You will also use your skills to analyze the business, in addition to providing financial, competitive and research analysis.
