Intern Programs

Intern Opportunity and Real - World Responsibility

P&G’s intern programs are characterized by the opportunity to be involved with real responsibility in the business arena. If you’re open to a challenge, then you need to put your talents and skills to work with us. Internships are a great way to experience a company’s environment, while we also look at you and see how well we fit. P&G is always looking for talented people, so apply now.

Inroads Intern Program

New African Americans joining P&G’s corporate headquarters can find several functional and cross-functional support groups to help individuals find their way around town and within the Company. Key in these support groups is providing a community of common thoughts of family, values and tradition.

P&G’s African American Support Groups are a community. Their goal is helping you succeed at work and out of it. Our African American groups often work together on recruiting, retention, and advancement. And when work is completed, it’s time for fun at the various social events.

P&G’s African American employees cover all functional areas at all levels of the Company, and often join together for common purpose activities. The relationships are spontaneous and close knit – individuals easily become friends as well as peers.

P&G’s involvement in national African American organizations provides P&G African Americans an opportunity to actively participate in important programs within the larger African American community. P&G is an active sponsor of the National Black MBA’s, National Society of Black Engineers and the Consortium for Higher Education.

Whereas P&G has strong structural commitment to sponsoring these programs, corporate involvement is grass roots – P&G African Americans represent the Company in these organizations and as such provide opportunities to network with other African American professionals in activities that are important to the members.
