Asians in Marketing and CMK (AMC)

We unleash the potential of Asians and Asian-Americans in Marketing and Market Research by providing professional and personal support to develop successful careers at P&G. Our Objectives/Goals are to:

Across every business unit and function APAs have reached proportionate representation at every level in the Company; U.S based APA's are seen as a major contributors in our business which has delivered on Sales, Volume, Share and Profit.

  • We connect APA organizations and individuals across functions & business units and enable them to meet their objectives.
  • We are the single voice for APAs to senior management
  • We drive systemic improvements, aligned with Diversity strategies in recruiting, retaining, developing and advancing APAs.

R&D APA Team and Community

The Research and Development Asian Pacific American Team's mission is to create an environment that fosters the inclusion and development of all R&D APAs resulting in the achievement of their personal career goals and potential within P&G and enhances their contributions while leveraging our diversity and authenticity. Our R&D APA Team works closely with the R&D Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Team, representing our diverse and global R&D organization. Together, we build programs that develop skills and talents across our global R&D organization, to continuously improve P&G's culture, and to build our business by facilitating innovative ideas.
