I work in Research and Development Using a truly holistic approach, I'll be leading the design and convergence of several projects to deliver a premium product for the Secret Franchise. I also serve on the P&G Beauty advisory board for APAs to help drive retention of APAs here as well as cultural competency for non-APAs. I connect APAs with mentors and help identify day hosts for new hire candidates. I also recruit for my alma mater UK. My day to day is truly rewarding in that I am able to work with such pleasurable team mates doing what I love best - design and project management.
