The things I have done at PG in 24 years is what someone else could have done by having to work at a bunch of different companies to get that kind of varied experiences. And it’s a large global company with lots of different opportunities all over the world that I can go to.   The biggest advantage to a long term career at P&G is that you really develop yourself fully, and there is so much capability that resides within this company. There is so much that goes on here.  You can do anything. I think there is not a better place that a person can learn and grow. And one of the things I hear a lot is that they didn’t realize that there was so many different ways of building a successful career at P&G. And people are generally very heartened and positive to see that there is not just one single path at P&G. I have had a very unusual career path at PG.  A very unconventional kind of tract at PG.
