Karim Ladak:
This is a very principal and purpose driven company, there is a constancy of values that I don’t see elsewhere and being Asian, I know I value the grounding of the principals and values. The other element is that I don’t know many people that are as committed to diversity as this company is, both overtly and covertly.

Words of Wisdom:
You can get all kinds of different multi-functional experiences at PG, and you can also go really deep into an area that you want to work.

Hillen Lee:
When I first started I thought this a good resume job. I knew they had great training and they are known for great training ground. But as I worked here for a few years, every time I thought, oh maybe now is a good time to change, PG always provided different options for me. Different customers, different assignments whatever. If I wanted a different location there was always somewhere to go. I think every few years people get bored anyway and think of something new. It’s human nature. But here you can switch it up without ever leaving the company.

Words of Wisdom:
Take personal responsibility.

Vivienne Bechtold:
PG is a pretty big company with a lot of opportunities. You just have to stake them out. I believe in what the company is trying to do and the quality of the people that you get to work with is better than most places you could ever work. You almost take for granted the quality of people. And you get to accomplish great things because of the talent. P&G also believes in you.

Words of Wisdom:
I would advise people to really understand the organizational culture and network and develop sponsors and mentors and take charge of ones own career.
