Chuck Hwang:
I have been able to earn my MBA from the University of Chicago while working at P&G with tuition paid by P&G, and that has been a tremendous asset for me both at work and personally. Additionally, the training opportunities address both personal and professional development. For example, I took the Corporate Athlete training recently, which has really helped me make some important lifestyle changes to make my professional and personal lives more fulfilling. Finally, there is a strong emphasis on individual-based professional development through our Work and Development Plan process that makes attention to continuous development a key part of everyone's work.

Tony Saldanha:
The people are great and PG makes you a truly valued asset. PG is one of those companies that believes in you and developing you. That is the biggest item professionally and personally if you think about it. The second thing is the fact that if you perform, you are given the opportunity to expand and do what you want to do with your career. All the opportunities are there. They don’t hold you back.

Tony Tsai:
P&G does a lot of career planning, so I had help finding my future. P&G is also a merit-based company when it comes to skill development. The skill set is about leadership and communication. That is what is different from what a typical Asian background is. I really enjoy my job and feel as if I’m part of something special. I feel good about working here.
