What are P&G people and the environment like? (Mentors and training, etc)
Name: Karim Ladak
The most important thing to me is challenge and the ability to stay motivated. The company has helped me find challenging roles, good immediate managers and has give me recognition of my capability and the promise of future growth. One of the things I would say is 'be proactive and find an Asian mentor.' You are provided with everything you need at your fingertips, but you have to reach for it and sometimes go find it.
