Tony Saldanha :
For me there were two moments of truth. One for my career. I was given the opportunity to move from PG India to PG Japan. It was then I realized I was in a company that would give me various experience within the job and within different cultures. The second was located in Cincinnati. I was given the move to sourcing in GBS (Global Business Services) and given the opportunity to drive change within the company. It was then I realized that I really do have an impact.

Chuck Hwang:
P&G people are amazing people. People who truly care about each other and their work. P&G people are very collaborative, and always willing to help out and share experiences. There is a strong culture of mentorship and service within the Company that makes this a great place to be. Lastly, I think that while P&G is a very deliberate, analytical and generally disciplined environment, it is also one that is constantly striving for change and improvement, and provides a good balance and culture for sustained growth.

Hillen Lee:
I work in the CBD (Customer Business Development) function and interview customers, all of them point to P&G as the leader. P&G has the best go to market strategy and the best people to help manage the business. It’s the best of the best in the products industry. It’s a great environment to work in because it has a great culture, core values and the corporate culture and the people are great.

Words of Wisdom:
Take personal responsibility.
