Chuck Hwang Background: I have been able to earn my MBA from the University of Chicago while working at P&G with tuition paid by P&G, and that has been a tremendous asset for me both at work and personally. Additionally, the training opportunities address both personal and professional development. For example, I took the Corporate Athlete training recently, which has really helped me make some important lifestyle changes to make my professional and personal lives more fulfilling. Finally, there is a strong emphasis on individual-based professional development through our Work and Development Plan process that makes attention to continuous development a key part of everyone's work.
