I started my career at P&G 19 years ago after receiving my bachelor’s degree from Pan American University in South Texas. I'm a Certified Public Accountant as well. I've had many experiences at P&G in various locations in the U.S. and Latin America. I've done accounting, financial analysis, acquisition integration, divestiture, financial systems implementation and organization design work during my career. I've worked within North and Latin America and across the world at various times in my career, which has allowed me to better, understand our global business. I've done work in Beauty Care, Food & Beverage, Paper Products and our Global Business Services business units. Lastly, I've had the opportunity to lead the Hispanic Finance Managers Network and the Hispanic Channel Recruiting Team within the company and I have served on the Corporate Advisory Group of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management. I'm married to Ruby Ramos and we have four children.

University of Puerto Rico at MayagŸez-
I was born in Colombia, raised in New York, and finished my JHS/HS in Puerto Rico. I'm married to a Puerto Rico native, also a Chemical Engineer out of MayagŸez. We have two boys. We are both involved in recruiting, particularly in Puerto Rico, where I serve as the Campus leader for my Alma Mater. I'm also involved in overall Hispanic recruiting efforts such as SHPE. etc., - I believe that both P&G and the city of Cincinnati have a lot to offer Hispanics, and I see these activities as a vehicle to talk about both my career and the city I love. My career at P&G has truly been a journey of discovery, growth and personal and professional challenges, and our focus on diversity shows that the Company leverages who we are and our diversity, and allows all of us to develop to our full potential.

Section Head, Baby Care Technology Development I grew up in Puerto Rico and, even though I was not born there, I consider it home. I joined P&G in 1992 because I liked the solid principles in which it was founded and the opportunities that it offered to work in a variety of areas around the world. I have worked in the Baby Care Process and Material development areas for 10 years. In my role, I have traveled to three continents and lived in Venezuela for 3 years. Now back in Cincinnati, I participate in a number of internal Hispanic support groups and volunteer at Su Casa Catholic Ministry Services, the Drake Center, and the St. Francis Services office.

University of Puerto Rico-
I am originally from Puerto Rico and moved to Cincinnati to work with P&G shortly after graduating from the University of Puerto Rico with a BS. in Chemical Engineering in 1986. I am married and have two kids. The key reason for me to come to P&G was the competency of the individuals working in the company and the strength of the values that the company follows, both internally and externally.

Georgia Tech-
I’ve been at P&G for 10 years. I received a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, specializing in thermal sciences. My current assignment as a Manufacturing Department Manager is a great challenge and opportunity after spending 10 years in the Engineering function. Now I manage an organization of 50 people and am developing people management skills to complement my technical skills. I was born in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands and my family originated from Puerto Rico. I came to P&G because I was impressed by the recruiters and the company and because of the possible attraction of international work, especially in Latin America. So far, I have completed projects in Mexico, and Colombia, was relocated to Puerto Rico, and am currently living in Mexico.

Cal-Poly-
I grew up in Denver, Colorado. After serving 4.5 years in the US Army, I attended Cal-Poly in Pomona, CA where I obtained a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. I’m married and have three sons who are all attending college. I chose to work at P&G because I liked the people; the principles that guided them & the company, and the opportunity to immediately become involved with challenging work that would both test & showcase my capability to make a difference. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to improve systems; lead large organizations; and manage manufacturing plants in both the United States & Brazil. Currently, I’m working on delivering our Corporate Diversity program, in Cincinnati.

I am currently working in Customer Business Development selling our Health Care & Beauty Care brands in the NY/NJ area. P&G provides a great opportunity to build a career due to the challenging work environment, opportunities for advancement, and great learning atmosphere. My involvement in support group networks at P&G, such as the Northeast Latino Organization and the New Hire Support Group have helped me build key relationships within the P&G family that have served as friends, supporters, and mentors. U of Texas – Austin-
I’m originally from Cordoba, Argentina, where most of my family still resides. In my 10 years in the United States, I’ve lived in Alabama, Texas and now Cincinnati, OH. My decision to work at P&G was easy, as it represented an invaluable opportunity to work for a company that not only excels (and leads the world) in marketing but also places a great amount of importance on its employees and their well-being both inside / outside of work. It hasn’t disappointed me and I look forward to the challenges ahead!
