I started with P&G in 1997 at the Jackson, TN plant, and spent 6.5 years there with roles as a Process Engineer, Team Manager, and Logistics Manager. I was a Packing Department Manager at the Iowa City, IA plant for 2 years. I transferred to the Lima, OH plant in 2005 as a Packing Department Manager, and was promoted to the IWS Manager role in March, 2008. I coach the site to progress in our IWS Phase journey, with a focus on using the right tools to eliminate losses and deliver our site Compelling Business Need. I am the leader for the plant leadership team and site reliability improvement teams.
