OSU ’77 BSME / ’78 MSME. I have been at Procter & Gamble since 1978, mostly in the research and development of tissue/towel and disposable products. I am a Research Fellow in P&G's Victor Mills Society, which recognizes P&G's top technologists with a sustained track record of business building innovations. Probably my best experience at P&G was participating in the creation of P&G's Always feminine products business -- with global sales of several billion dollars. Although I spent most of my career in P&G's Cincinnati headquarters, I had the opportunity to live near Frankfurt, Germany in 1995-96 , another of the unique experiences P&G offers. Two of my three children are engineering students -- at OSU of course!
