I have worked on several projects to improve the efficiency and production capabilities for the Oxnard plant. One of my key accomplishments was my work on a major capacity project which involved installing a new production line. For that project I had responsibility to lead a team of plant technicians who were on the start-up team. I am currently in a technical engineer role working in the central engineering function. This role gives me exposure to all of our North American tissue and towel plants and broader responsibilities.
