My first assignment was in Fabric Care New Business Development and now I now work in Tide Current Business. I talk to consumers about new laundry product ideas and design new products to meet consumer needs. I love my role because I get to interact with so many different functions from Marketing to Product Supply everyday as we take the product from idea to launch. I started full time after interning for three summers in different areas of Research and Development. I enjoyed trying the different areas such as Process and Formula Design so when I started full-time in Product Research I was confident it was a career I would enjoy.
