I have worked the past 4 years in Product Supply Engineering for Baby Care. My work has allowed me to travel to many different countries including Poland, Germany, Italy, Brazil, UK, China, and the Netherlands. My career as an engineering manager at Procter and Gamble has taught me how to think holistically about the systems I create while collaborating effectively with cross-cultural teams to implement solutions in different countries. High attention to detail is one of my key strengths and has helped me use technology to develop solutions that directly improve the reliability of our diaper converting processes. I have been very successful in impacting the bottom line by identifying outages and leading projects that realize cost savings through innovation.
